The library is situated within the Higher Bebington Recreation Ground, close to the Higher Bebington Road entrance.
Roadside parking is available and there is also a public car park within fifty yards of the building.
The building is single storey and the ramp leading to the main entrance door has handrails to both sides. The main entrance door is automatic and opens inwards. There is a disabled toilet available.
