There are no membership fees or fees to use the service, but only those on the 'Higher Rate' of Disability Allowance, Attendance Allowance or those who are registered blind are elligable to use the service. Access to membership of the scheme can be obtained by calling the staff at Mersey Travel.Details can also be obtained by contacting your local libraries or information offices. |
